Estate
Planning
Your death or the death of a
family member is a difficult issue to contemplate.
Many people choose to ignore it while others feel
that they do not have enough to worry about.
However, planning is essential for a successful
transfer of your accumulations of a lifetime,
particularly if you wish to leave your property to
individuals who would not ordinarily be entitled
to a distribution from your estate.
It is also necessary to plan if
you have minor children and want to have some
control over where they will be raised and how
your money will be spent after your death. This is
where estate planning comes in. We can meet with
you, examine your particular needs and determine
which estate planning tools will provide you with
the best plan based upon those needs. This plan
may include some or all of the following:
- Revocable Living Trusts
- A Will
- Durable Power of Attorney for
Financial Management
- Durable Power of Attorney for
Health Care
