Trust
Administration
Depending upon the complexity of
a decedent’s assets held in trust and their debts,
an attorney may need to be consulted by the
successor trustee of a trust. As the attorney, we
represent the trustee to help him or her
administer the trust efficiently and as required
by law. Trust administration is not generally
supervised by the Courts, but a trustee may
request assistance from the Court when questions
arise as to how best to handle any given
situation. As the attorney for the trustee, we are
paid on an hourly basis.
